○原因1:
The most important reason is the distorted recognition of schooling of students.
○分析：
An increasing number of students tend to regard the process of education as an approach to hunt for a stable vocation and guarantee a future career instead of a rewarding experience of educational value.
But the fact is that even after graduation, they still have to struggle for survival or are underpaid and exploited.
○结果：
In this case, school education they received may be made a scapegoat. (替罪羊)
○原因2：
Another reason should be the force-feeding pedagogical methodology（填鸭式教学法） and exam-oriented evaluation system.（以考试为核心的评价体系）
○分析：
Getting a higher degree is considered to be the ultimate goal of a student, so almost all the emphasis of teachers is put on imparting knowledge at school and the only evaluation criteria to students is their grades in exams.
○结果：
Unfortunately, most of these test-wise students can hardly deal with the practical problems in their work.

A student-centered education system, in which students’ own willingness and choices are fully respected, should be encouraged to stimulate their motivation of self-directed study.
